If you need to return an item to Lightopia, this article explains how return shipping works, when shipping charges apply, and what to expect during the return process.

Standard return shipping costs

For standard returns, such as change of mind or ordering the wrong size, return shipping is not free. The return shipping cost is typically 12.5% to 15% of the order value.

For larger or oversized items, return shipping may require a freight quote. Please contact customer service for an exact return shipping amount before starting your return.

How to start a return

Customers must contact Lightopia customer service to initiate a return. You cannot self-ship items back without approval.

Once your return is accepted, the return label is sourced from the vendor. Please allow a few days for the label to arrive.

Claims for damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, Lightopia will cover the return shipping cost at no charge to you.

Please contact customer service as soon as possible so we can review your claim and help you with the next steps.

Refused deliveries

If you refuse delivery instead of following the proper return process, a 20% fee will apply, plus shipping charges.
