Please check the following:
- Check the spam/junk folder of your email provider
- Confirm that my previously placed order was not made anonymously. Anonymous checkout does not create My Account upon order completion; however, My Account creation can be done retroactively after an order has been placed, should customers change their minds and want My Account after order creation
- Enable “View Order History” on My Account after creation. This will display previous orders made using the same email address (after confirming account ownership)
- Confirm the spelling of the email address on previously placed orders
- Confirm the Caps Lock key is not enabled when entering passwords for My Account (passwords are case sensitive)
- Confirm previously placed order was not made using an alternative email address (example: one associated with an alternative payment method like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal)
