We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order.
Here’s what you need to know:
If your order has not yet shipped and is not too far along in processing, we can usually cancel it for you.
To request a cancellation, please provide us with:
- Your order number
- The specific item(s) you’d like to cancel
- The reason for cancellation
Once we receive your request, our cancellations team will look it over. If it’s confirmed that the order can still be canceled, we will process the cancellation and send you a confirmation email.
If your order has already shipped or is too far along in processing (and a tracking number is assigned), it cannot be canceled.
In that case, you’ll need to wait for the item to arrive and then process a return. Do not refuse your item, or you can be subject to a shipping charge and a fee of 20 percent for the re-stocking fee.
