How do I change the shipping address on my order?

We understand that sometimes you need to update your shipping address after placing an order. Here’s what you need to know:

 If your order is already shipped

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has shipped.

 If your order is not yet shipped

Whether we can change the address depends on how you paid and the order’s status:

 If your item is backordered

• You can contact us to request a change to the shipping address before it ships.

 If you paid with Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal

• We cannot change the shipping address on the order.

• These payment methods require the shipping address to match what is on file with the payment service.

 If you paid with a credit card

• If the item has not shipped yet, we can contact our vendor (since they ship the products) and request a change of address.
• Address changes are not guaranteed, but we will try our best.
